Meet Jennifer Norris

Jennifer has been part of the Wine & Spirits industry since 2003 and has worked in various roles at producers, distributors, importers, and consultants. Her journey includes time as a Compliance Officer at a group of five wineries and a distillery, as well as a Distillery Consultant at Whiskey Systems.

Jennifer has also worked on the floor at distilleries and wineries so she understands what it takes to run a regulated business.  She knows the ins and outs of running a distillery, maintaining compliance, tackling accounting, and making the sales necessary to keep your business running.  

Jennifer has a wonderful mentor in Dave Dunbar, a former ATF and TTB Special Inspector and well-known Craft Spirits Consultant. Over the years, Dave has passed on his knowledge and shared his experiences with Jennifer, allowing her to expand her TTB knowledge and start Jennifer Norris Compliance Services.  What Dave began as a permitting and licensing business, Jennifer has expanded to include compliance training, audit assistance, federal report and excise return clean-up work, internal audits, etc.  If it involves the TTB, Jennifer can assist.
